Nick Karasavvidis

Co-founded the band SURESHOCK in 2002 and has since been writing, recording, producing and performing their music in Melbourne.
Performed with Deborah Conway & Willy Zygier in Adelaide, 2006.
Performed with Brazilian group Tumbarumba at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
Toured Australia with 'Beats Per Minute in 2005, performing 62 shows, over 3 months, including;
The Sydney Opera House & Melbourne Entertainment Centre.
Performed with Slava Gregorian & Al Slavic for their new record label, Which Way Music, in 2005.
Toured with Melbourne International Comedy Festival award winner, Eddie Perfect in W.A. for the Perth International Arts Festival, as well as performing live on triple J and T.V. appearances on Channel Ten’s, Comedy Festival Gala Event.
Toured with Triple J unearthed winners Fizard in Tasmania in 2005.
Performed with Hugh Jackman at the 2004 Red Ball Gala event, Crown Casino.
Performed on New Years Eve of 2003 for Natalie Imbruglia & Daniel Johns’ (Silverchair) wedding in Port Douglas, Cairns.
Performed with with Rhonda Burchmore & Liz Cavanaugh at the Melbourne Concert Hall in 2003-2004.
Completed Bachelor of Music Performance (Improvisation) Drum Kit with Honours at the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne 2002.
Opened the 2001 & 2002 Australian F1 Grand Prix with Brazilian style percussion ensemble Tumbarumba & Bad Boys Batucada.
2001 Wangarratta Jazz Festival with the Tony Gould Trio.
Performed with Joe Cemalerie, Sam Keavers, Fiona Burnett, Scott Tinkler & Alex Pertout in Projecto Mambo at the Melbourne Concert hall.
Performed with James Morrison at Robert Blackwood Hall in 2000.
