Brandon Schmidt

Since moving to southern California from North Dakota, Brandon Schmidt has enjoyed success playing in the greater Los Angeles area. He graduated from the California Institute of the Arts in 2009 where he studied with Jazz legends Charlie Haden, Darek Oles, Alphonso Johnson, and David Roitstein. While at CalArts, Brandon devoted himself to original and creative endeavors and quickly became an in demand bassist, digital recordist, and composer.
